01 - 20th April - Istanbul: |
| |
Welcome
to Istanbul, the only city in the world connecting two continents:
Asia and Europe. Complimentary shuttle transfer will take you
from the airport to the hotel for check-in. In the afternoon
our tour leader will brief us about the next days of our journey.
Evening free to start exploring Istanbul on your own. (meals:

DAY
02 - 21st April - Historical Istanbul Sightseeing: |
| |
After
breakfast start to discover the magnificent sights of Istanbul
including the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace and the
Underground Cistern. After your own arrangements for dinner
join the Bosphorus Cruise & Welcome Party. (meals: breakfast) |

DAY
03 - 22nd April - Memorials of Gallipoli: |
| |
Early
in the morning we depart for Gallipoli to visit the important
memorial sites in the region without the crowds! The guide will
tell fascinating stories about this campaign while taking us
to visit Kabatepe War Museum, Anzac Cove, Chunuk Bair and Lone
Pine. Then time to make our way to Ayvalik, a charming coastal
town on the Aegean Sea. (meals: breakfast and dinner) |

DAY
04 - 23rd April - Ayvalik and Pergamum Tour: |
| |
Today
we depart for Pergamum to explore the ancient ruins of the Temple
of Athena, Temple of Trajan, library and theatre cut into the
hillside. Afternoon return to our hotel in Ayvalik and enjoy
the Anzac Barbecue. (meals: breakast and dinner) |

DAY
05 - 24th April - Troy to Anzac Cove: |
| |
After
breakfast depart to the world famous ancient city of Troy. Then
head on to Anzac Cove and spend the night here to prepare for
the Dawn Service experience commemorating the 93rd anniversary
of the Gallipoli Campaign. (meals: breakfast)
**No accommodation is included on this night, spent at Anzac
Cove. |

06 - 25th April - Dawn Service: |

Early
morning attend the Dawn Service and the national ceremonies.
In the afternoon we depart for Istanbul where we remain overnight.
