DAY
01 - Arrival to Istanbul: |
| |
Arrival
to Istanbul Airport and meet for transfer to hotel. Rest of
day at leisure as per arrival time. (Note: If coming from Greece
Islands this tour can be done in reverse order). Overnight in
Istanbul. |

DAY
02 - Jewish Sights in Istanbul: |
| |
Breakfast
then on to explore the Jewish Heritage of Istanbul visiting
the Galata neighborhood, Neve Shalom Synagogue, Ashkenazy Synagogue,
the Balat area, the Ahrida Synagogue and the Jewish Hospital
in Haskoy. After tour, return to hotel and evening at leisure.
Overnight in Istanbul. |

DAY
03 - Istanbul Historical Tour: |
| |
After
breakfast at the hotel meet with guide to depart on another
full day tour this time to explore a few of the other important
sights of the city. Visit the Blue Mosque, St Sophia, Hippodrome
& Obelisk, Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace before transferring
on to Istanbul Airport for evening flight to Izmir. Overnight
in Izmir. |

DAY
04 - Izmir Synagogues and Sardes: |
| |
After
breakfast depart to visit Bikur Halim and Beth Israel Synagogues
in Izmir City then drive on to Sardes which was the capital
of Ancient Lydia. Visit the famous Synagogue and Temple of Diana
before heading on to Kusadasi with the evening at leisure. Overnight
in Izmir. |

DAY
05 - Ephesus Tour: |
| |
Breakfast
at hotel and then depart to visit the remains of Artemis Temple.
Then on to Ephesus Ancient City, the best preserved Greco-Roman
city in the world. Here you will explore the Agora, Odeon, Curetes
Street, Celsius Library, Roman baths, Grand Theatre, Marble
Street. After a lunch break depart for the House of Virgin Mary
and visit the chapel where she is said to have spent her last
days. At end of touring, transfer on to Izmir Airport for return
flight to Istanbul, evening at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul. |
