PERGE,

Depart
to visit Perge, an important city of ancient Pamphylia. It was
originally settled by the
Hittites around 1500BC. St Paul preached some of his first sermons
here. You will want to
see the handsome city gate flanked by two lofty towers, a long
colonnaded road once paved
with mosaics and lined with shops, a large agora, public baths
and a gymnasium. Proceed
to Aspendos Theatre one of the best preserved in the world with
seating for 15,000. Still in
use today, the galleries, stage decorations and acoustics all
testify the architects success.
The days tour also includes a visit to Kursunlu Waterfalls which
is a good place to get away
from the noise and activity of city life. When you get there follow
the "gezi yolu" (scenic trail)
down the steps to the pool & falls cascading down a mossy
rock wall. |

DEMRE,
MYRA and KEKOVA TOUR |

Departure
for Demre and the ancient city of Myra where tombs were carved
into the rocks. It
is also famous for its 4th century AD bishop, St Nicolaus, who
was immortalised as Santa
Claus. Then on to Kekova where we take a boat tour to visit the
Sunken City and allow for a
swimming break. The ruins of the city in Kekova, a large part
of which has sunk under the
sea, can be viewed. This area is therefore very important in terms
of underwater archaeology.

BOAT

The
trip starts with transfer and arrival to Kemer Marina to board
a wooden-yacht. Sail to
Phaselis, passing by forests of pine trees and the Taurus Mountains.
This coast is probably
the most charming of the Turkish Riviera. You’ll have the
chance to swim in clear-blue water
and dive during the trip. A buffet lunch is also served onboard
during the voyage. The trip will
continue through the "three-island" location and back
to the Kemer Marina for return transfer
on to your hotel in Antalya city centre of the Kemer area. |

safari trip allows for adventure along with the possibility for
a different kind of introduction
to Turkey. By jeep you can explore parts of the wonderful landscape
of the Taurus Mountains
far away from the main roads. On narrow and dusty runways you
come across landscapes
which you would not normally find. Visits of small Turkish villages,
a swimming break in the
mountain river, lunch at a small native restaurant are the most
important points of this tour.
The route leades along ravines and fertile fields up high to the
