This travel package offers you the chance to discover the great city of Athens, explore ancient ruins of Delphi (or Argolis) as well as a glimpse of island life in Hydra, Poros & Aegina. Available on a daily basis, year round, this itinerary can be tailored to suit your "wish list" (for example add extra days & tours in Athens or opt to add on an island like Santorini, etc).
Tour itinerary
DAY 01 - Athens Airport Transfer:
On arrival to Athens Airport meet for transfer to hotel. Remainder of the day & evening then free at leisure, overnight in Athens

DAY 02 - Athens City Tour:
Breakfast at hotel then meet to join on half day morning regular group tour which takes you to visit the Acropolis (Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, Erechtheion and Parthenon) and the New Acropolis Museum. Also during panoramic drive section of the tour you have opportunity to view some of the important sights such as Constitution Square (Syntagma), House of Parliament, Memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the National Library, Evzones in their picturesque uniform, the Presidential Palace and Hadrian’s Arch, Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896. The afternoon and evening then free at leisure for you to further explore the city (Plaka, Monesteraki flea market, etc) on your own. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 03 - Delphi (or Argolis) Sightseeing Tour:
Today you have the choice to join on either the full day Delphi Tour or full day Argolis Tour.
Delphi: Depart on drive through the fertile plain of Boeotia, crossing towns of Thebes - connected with tragedy of King Oedipus - Levadia and Arachova. In Delphi visit the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. Visit the Treasury of the Athenians, the Temple of Apollo and Museum containing such masterpieces of Ancient Greek sculpture as the bronze Charioteer and the athlete Aghias.
Argolis: Leave by the coastal road along the Saronic Gulf to the Corinth Canal (short stop). Drive to Mycenae and visit the Lion’s Gate, the Cyclopean Walls, and the Royal Tombs etc. Depart for Nauplion the picturesque town nestling at the foot of a cliff crowned by the mighty ramparts of the Palamidi Fortress. Afternoon, leave for Epidauros to visit the theatre (4th century BC) famous for its astonishing acoustics. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 04 - Saronic Island Cruise:
Transfer to Piraeus for embarkation on the cruise boat. Then sail for the island of Hydra where you have time (around 1 hour) for a stroll, shopping or swimming. Then sail for Poros, the smallest of the three islands, separated from the Peloponnese by a narrow strait and offering a most enchanting view of Poros Town. Your time at leisure in Poros will be about 60 minutes. Lunch will be served during the voyage. On board again and after a two hour trip arrive to the last port of call, the island of Aegina. Here you once again have some free time at leisure to stroll around or swim weather permitting. Optional excursion, by bus, to the fine preserved Temple of Afea Athena. Embarkation for the voyage of return. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 05 - Departure:
Breakfast, check-out and per your international flight departure time transfer to Athens Airport.
