Tour itinerary
DAY 01 - Welcome to Istanbul:
As per your international flight arrival time, meet in the arrivals hall of Istanbul Airport for a private transfer to the hotel. The remainder of the day/evening is then free at leisure to relax. Overnight in Istanbul
DAY 02 - Historical Sultanahmet Tour:
The tour guide takes you on a walking tour of the historical Sultanahmet area visiting the Blue Mosque, St Sophia (Haghia Sophia), Hippodrome and Obelisk, Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace. The evening is then free at leisure to relax or emmerse yourself in the local nightlife. Overnight in Istanbul
DAY 03 - Bosphorus Cruise & Beylerbeyi Palace
Today's tour starts with a short cruise on the Bosphorus during which you have views from the vessel of various sights that line its shores. After the cruise, the day tour continues on land visiting the Spice Bazaar, City Walls, Beylerbeyi Palace & Camlica Hill. Overnight in Istanbul
DAY 04 - Flight to Amman & transfer to Petra
Transfer from the hotel to Istanbul Airport for direct flight to Amman. Arrive and meet for private transfer to the hotel in Petra. Overnight in Petra
DAY 05 - Petra & Wadi Rum
Visit the red rose city Petra! You are able to start the visit as early as 06:00 if you wish. Meet your local on-site Petra guide and pass through the narrow canyon, the so-called Siq, until your eye catches the most beautiful monument, the Treasury. Continue via the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle. After the first 2.5-hours, the guide says farewell and you can continue to explore the site on your own. In the afternoon, depart on the 1.5-hour drive to Wadi Rum. This dramatic desert is Jordan’s largest wadi and has been inhabited since prehistoric times. A 4x4 (jeep) ride takes you through its rugged landscape during which you will view canyons, red sand dunes, Nabataean rock inscriptions and a natural rock bridge formed over centuries. End of the day with arrival to a bedouin-styled camp and enjoy dinner under a starry sky. Overnight Wadi Rum.
DAY 06 - Dead Sea
After breakfast at the camp, transfer (approx 4-hour drive) to the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea. At 400 meters below sea level, the Dead Sea is the lowest point on earth. Ever since the days of Herod the Great, people have flocked here in search of its curative secrets. Check-in to the hotel with afternoon free to enjoy the salty waters. Overnight Dead Sea
DAY 07 - Departure from Amman
As per your international flight departure time, transfer from the hotel to Amman Airport.
