When to go, honestly

Spring and autumn shoulder seasons usually offer the strongest weather/crowd/value balance, while July–August are generally the busiest and most expensive period across Mediterranean Europe. Egypt and Jordan differ because their summer heat makes the cooler months much more attractive. Croatia is particularly seasonal, with tourism heavily concentrated in summer. The least favorable months are not closed to us — say the word and we will plan around them.
